By requesting a quote, booking, or receiving any service from All Great Cleaner, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We serve the Orlando, FL metropolitan area and surrounding neighborhoods listed on our Service Areas page. Standard hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After-hours/urgent appointments may carry a surcharge.
Quotes: Estimates are based on the information you provide (size, condition, add-ons). Final pricing may be adjusted onsite if scope/condition differs.
Rates: Flat-rate or hourly, depending on service type. Taxes and mandated fees may apply.
Payment: Due at service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major cards and approved digital payments; cash accepted for residential clients.
Late/Failed Payments: Past-due balances may incur reasonable administrative/collection fees and interest as allowed by law.
Reschedule/Cancellation: Please give 24 hours’ notice. Changes inside 24 hours may incur a fee up to the lesser of $50 or 20% of the booking value to cover crew time.
Access Failure: If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time (locked out, no key/code, etc.), a lockout fee (up to $50) may apply.
Company Cancellations: We may reschedule due to safety, weather, or staffing. We’ll communicate promptly and offer the next available slot.
Please ensure safe, unobstructed access; electricity and running water must be available.
We do not handle biohazards, animal waste, mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, or hazardous materials (e.g., needles, asbestos).
For everyone’s safety, please secure pets and disclose any special conditions (allergies, sensitive surfaces, broken fixtures).
Standard checklists for each service (Deep, Move-Out, Post-Construction, Office, Event/Party, Closet Organization) apply as published or provided in writing.
Exclusions (examples): chandelier disassembly, attic/crawl spaces, exterior windows above reachable height, paint/wall repairs, pest removal, heavy furniture moving, personal laundry, dishes, and outdoor work unless expressly included.
Add-ons (inside oven/fridge, blinds, inside cabinets, etc.) must be requested in advance or may be added onsite subject to time.
We provide professional supplies and equipment. Eco-friendly products are available upon request where appropriate.
If you require the use of your own products/equipment, please supply safe, labeled products and provide instructions; we are not responsible for product performance or damage caused by customer-provided products.
If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours with photos and a brief description. We’ll return to address the specific area(s) at no charge within a reasonable window. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or issues arising from inaccurate booking information.
We exercise reasonable care. If accidental damage occurs, contact us within 24 hours of service with photos and details.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the cost of repair, (b) the cost of replacement (with depreciation), or (c) the service fee for the appointment in question.
We are not liable for: pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, artwork/collectibles without written disclosure, normal “use at your own risk” surfaces (e.g., fragile blinds, loose grout), or consequential damages (lost rent, lost profits).
We follow comprehensive turnover checklists; however, we cannot guarantee deposit returns or inspection outcomes—landlords and HOAs may have unique standards outside our control.
Post-construction cleaning often requires multiple passes due to airborne dust. We will perform the agreed-upon scope, but additional dusting may be needed as particles settle.
Commercial and recurring accounts may be governed by a separate service agreement. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms.
All Great Cleaner may use employees or vetted subcontractors. By booking, you agree not to directly hire/engage our staff or subcontractors for similar services for 12 months after their last visit. A reasonable placement fee may apply for breaches.
With your permission, we may take “after” photos of general areas (no personal data) for quality control and marketing. Reviews you submit may be used in our marketing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Promotions and referral credits are limited-time, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Gift cards are redeemable for services only and subject to balance verification.
Your personal information is managed under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see website). By booking, you consent to transactional emails/SMS about your appointment.
All site content, logos, and materials are owned by All Great Cleaner or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or distribute without permission.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, outages, illness, emergencies).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Each party waives any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
